§ 12-5. Injuring trees, other plants.

It shall be unlawful to cut down, dig up, mutilate or despoil or destroy any flower, shrubbery, trees or other plants in any Street or other public highway, parkway, park or other Public Place within the Village; or to cut, tear, burn, pluck or otherwise damage or remove any tree, shrub, flower or other plant on private Property without the permission of the Owner or caretaker thereof.
