§ 2-181. Civil offenses and penalties; Special Masters.

Latest version.

The violation of any Village ordinance or Code section listed in section 2-191 shall constitute a civil offense punishable by civil penalty in the amount prescribed in section 2-191 and as modified by section 2-185. Accordingly, there is hereby created and established a code enforcement position to be filled by Special Masters to enforce the provisions listed in section 2-191 which are contained in and enacted pursuant to this Code.
