§ 18-111. Taxing districts for local improvements.

(a)

The Village shall be divided into four taxing districts as follows:

District No. 1.

Within such districts, the Council shall have the power and authority to levy, assess and collect such special assessments on all the Real Property within such districts as the Council shall have previously determined to have been specially benefited by improvements or services of a local nature which have been made or provided for in such districts, such assessments to be made in the manner provided by this article.
