§ 45. Payment of fees.

Latest version.

All fees received by any officer or employee shall belong to the village government and shall be paid daily to such office as may be prescribed by ordinance, or designated by the village manager in the absence of such ordinance.

Editor's note

This section has been editorially deleted from the Charter as it was converted to an ordinance by operation of F.S. § 166.021(5) which converted all provisions of special acts pertaining to the power and jurisdiction of a city with certain listed exceptions into ordinances to be amended as all other ordinances of the city and it has been transferred to the Code of Ordinances and is section 18-142.
