§ 6-171. Required.

From the effective date of this Article, no Antenna shall be placed or erected in the Village without a permit from the Village. No more than one (1) such permit shall be issued for any one (1) lot, as that term is defined in subsection 21-1(c) of the Code. The Village shall not require a permit for the placement of a Small Satellite Dish.
