Bal Harbour Village adopts by reference chapter 28, Subdivisions, of the Code of Metropolitan Dade County, Florida (Metropolitan Dade County Ordinance No. 77-6, section 1 and subsequent amendments).

Editor's note

Ord. No. 356, §§ 1, 4, adopted Nov. 13, 1990, enacted additional land development regulations designated into the 1974 Code as Appendix D, §§ 1—7. Such provisions have been included in this Code as §§ 14-3—14-9 for purposes of classification.
