§ 73. Annexation.

Latest version.

The Village of Bal Harbour, Florida, shall not be annexed to, nor consolidated with any other incorporated city or town, nor shall the territorial limits of any city or town be extended so as to embrace or include all or any part of the municipality of Bal Harbour, Florida.
