Editor's note

This section has been editorially deleted from the Charter as it was converted to an ordinance by operation of F.S. § 166.021(5) which converted all provisions of special acts pertaining to the power and jurisdiction of a city with certain listed exceptions into ordinances to be amended as all other ordinances of the city and this procedure is obsolete.
