§ 9-26. Local business tax receipt required; adoption of State law.

No Person shall engage in or manage any business, profession or occupation mentioned in this article in the Village unless a Village local business tax receipt shall have been procured from the Village Clerk as provided by this article. This article was passed for the purpose of complying with the terms and provisions of F.S. ch. 205, and the terms and provisions of such chapter are hereby adopted and made a part of this article by reference.
