§ 6-33. Service charges generally.

(a)

Fees for the following services shall be as provided in this section:

(1)

Reinspection of work in progress, per discipline:

a.

1st reinspection: $75.00

b.

2nd reinspection: $100.00

c.

3rd reinspection and each reinspection thereafter: $150.00

(2)

Job construction plan replacement or revision:

a.

Deposit to replace plans: $250.00; and

b.

Cost of copying plus 25 percent; or a minimum of $150.00 in reimbursement of copying expenses.

(3)

Permit card replacement: $150.00

(4)

Change of contractor, transfer of permit: 25 percent of original permit fee.

(5)

Expired permit: permit fee to be based on the total value of the entire job.

(6)

Certificate of use/completion: $150.00

(b)

The fee for any service not specifically covered by this chapter shall be charged at a rate of 150 percent of the inspector's payroll rate, plus an administrative fee of 35 percent.
