Nothing contained in this article shall prohibit the Village from enforcing its Code by any other means including, but not limited to a summons, an arrest, a notice to appear, a civil action for injunctive relief, a stop work order or demolition. The enforcement procedures outlined herein are cumulative to all others and shall not be deemed to be prerequisites to filing suit for the enforcement of any section of this Code.
