§ 2-111. Finger printing.

The Police Department is authorized to provide the service of taking and electronically transmitting the finger prints ("finger printing") upon request. A schedule of fees for the provision of finger printing services shall be established and may be amended by Resolution of the Village Council. The time and location for offering finger printing shall be established by the Police Department and may be modified, from time to time, based upon the availability of resources and personnel.
