§ 21-96. Permitted uses.

No Building or land shall be used and no Building shall be erected or constructed on any Lot in the R-1 Single Family Residential District except for the following uses:

(1)

Single-family detached dwelling.

(2)

Parks, playgrounds or municipal buildings owned and operated by the Village.

(3)

Accessory Uses incidental to and customary to single-family detached dwellings. No Accessory Building, attached or detached from the main premises, shall be allowed that is susceptible of being occupied for residential purposes (except by domestic servants).

Vacation Rentals in accordance with section 21-363.
