In order to regulate and restrict the construction, reconstruction, alteration, location
and use of Buildings, Structures, land and water, for trade, professions, residence
or other purposes, and the location thereof, to regulate the size of Buildings and
other Structures erected or altered, to regulate and determine the size and dimensions
of Yards, Courts and other open spaces, and to regulate and limit the percentage of
occupancy and the density of population, the Village is hereby divided into the following
