§ 21-321. Floor Area Ratio.

Latest version.

(a)

The maximum allowable Floor Area Ratio for the B Business District shall be FAR 0.70.

(b)

The maximum allowable Floor Area Ratio for the Special Business Improvement Area shall be FAR 1.22.
