§ 21-285. Maximum Density.

Latest version.

The maximum Density in the OF Ocean Front District shall not exceed the following:
(1)

Multiple Family Dwelling Units: 55 dwelling units per acre.

(2)

Hotels: 100 Guest Rooms, capable of separate occupancy, per acre.
