§ 18-141. Transfer of budget funds.

(a)

Transfer by Manager. The Village Manager may, at any time, transfer any unencumbered appropriation balance or portion thereof between general classifications of expenditures within an office or department.

(b)

Transfer by Council. At the request of the Village Manager and within the last three months of the budget year, the Council may by resolution transfer any unencumbered appropriation balance or portion thereof from one office or department to another.
