§ 16-34. Containers not to be visible from street.

All containers for the storage of Trash and Garbage which are located in residential districts, the OF, Ocean Front District, or the PD, Planned Development District shall be covered or shielded, screened or enclosed so that they are not visible from any streets. Any doors or gates to such screens or enclosures shall be kept closed at all times except during active Trash and Garbage disposal or pickup.
