§ 16-3. Private collection prohibited; exception.

The Village, or its designated contractor, shall have the exclusive right to collect Solid Waste from all Residential Units and Multifamily Residential Establishments within the boundaries of the Village. The private collection of Solid Waste from Residential Units and Multifamily Residential Establishments within the Village shall be prohibited unless performed on behalf of the Village pursuant to a written agreement with the Village. This prohibition shall not apply to the collection of hazardous waste as defined in F.S. § 403.703(21).
