§ 14-1. Designation of local planning agency.

(a)

Pursuant to F.S. § 163.3174, the Village, a Florida municipal corporation, hereby designates and establishes the Village Council as its local planning agency to carry out the requirements of F.S. § 163.3161 et seq.

(b)

The Village Manager shall notify and inform the State land planning agency and the South Florida Regional Planning Council of the designation contained in this section.
