§ 13-82. Intent of article; compliance with State act.

It is the intent of this article that the appropriate provisions of the Government Employees Deferred Compensation Plan Act in F.S. ch. 112 be complied with, and the officials named in this article are authorized to take the necessary action to comply with that act.
