§ 13-61. Contributions by Village.

Latest version.

There shall be appropriated from available funds derived from ad valorem taxes such amounts at such times as may be required to pay promptly the contributions required of the Village as employer by applicable State or federal laws or regulations, which shall be paid over to the lawfully designated agency at the times and in the manner provided by such laws and regulations.
