§ 13-1. Suspension of ordinances relating to retirement system for firefighters.

Ordinance Nos. 61, 76 and 155, as amended, relating to a retirement system for firefighters and the imposition of a tax in support thereof, are hereby suspended and shall be held in abeyance during the existence of an agreement with Metropolitan Dade County for the maintenance and furnishing of fire protection to the Village.
